Steven Weinberg
Vice President of Legal Affairs
As vice president of Legal Affairs, Steve Weinberg oversees global corporate governance and all legal matters for Kerio Technologies, Inc. He also directs HR and corporate policy for Kerio’s global offices. Mr. Weinberg brings more than 15 years of operations and management experience in large international organizations. He also has nine years of legal experience advising global corporate clients in M&A, transactional, HR and general corporate practices both in the U.S., in various overseas jurisdictions, and globally.
Previously, Mr. Weinberg served as an associate at three separate multinational law firms (to include a foreign law firm in Asia), counseling a myriad of large and small corporate clients, both technology focused and alike, on variety of corporate, transactional, IP and HR matters both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Weinberg holds a JD from The Catholic University of America, School of Law and earned a BA in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
