Alan Hughes

As Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, Alan Hughes oversees global financial management of Kerio Technologies, Inc. and manages sales operations as well as marketing in the Western European region. Based in the Cambridge office, Mr. Hughes manages the teams in the United Kingdom and its day-to-day operations of Kerio Technologies, UK Ltd.
Mr. Hughes has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. He has been with the company since February 2006, managing the budget, the financial reporting systems on a global basis as well as Kerio’s Western Europe business. Previously, he was the financial controller of the $25 million UK-based Microscopy Division of Bio-Rad, a large life science and clinical diagnostics company. He is a fellow of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in the United Kingdom.
