Position Title: Internal Sales

Based at: Kerio Technologies UK Ltd, Vision Park, Histon, Cambridge

Internal Sales Summary

In this office based position you will work within the sales department and have responsibilities of inside lead and sales generation liaising with Kerio Channel Managers and Kerio Distributors and Partners based in three main territories; UK, France and Italy. You will target and sell Kerio solutions and services throughout its distribution channel by assisting Channel Managers in the promotion and sale of Kerio products and services.

You will identify and assist in the recruitment of potential new resellers through database / internet research and telephone communication. Primary client contact will be via telephone, email. You will produce sales primarily by renewing license subscriptions, managing various sources including incoming leads generated through promotional campaigns and inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Support sales in the assigned territories of UK, France and Italy to meet or exceed the assigned sales target.
  • Actively search for potential business opportunities by data mining our extensive internal client database, websites and other external sources.
  • Compile and target lists of prospective clients based on information from data-mining, business directories, industry ads, Web sites, and other sources.
  • Answer and qualify in-coming sales and support renewal calls, qualify and convert calls into leads and sales. Escalate inquiries as per company objectives.
  • Document and escalate business development opportunities to relevant Channel Manager.
  • Make out bound lead follow up calls to new prospects, building relationship via telephone and email.
  • Give price quotes and credit terms to partners; prepare sales orders and assist Administration with order/licensing queries.
  • Escalate and provide assistance in resolving potential client problems with support of Kerio Channel Managers and Kerio Technical Support.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships.
  • Participate in marketing events; support Marketing and Sales at events as needed.


Essential Skills
  • A fluent ability in written and spoken French and/or Italian is essential. Both would be advantageous.
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
  • Solution and relationship selling skills and the ability to pursue leads/new business opportunities aggressively are a must.
  • Demonstrate an ability to provide basic technical product knowledge via telephone/email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of telephone sales is essential.
  • Experience with Excel; Pivot Table knowledge would be advantageous.


Education / Experience:
  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade A-C including Math’s, English, French and/or Italian.
  • Good computer skills, including basic hardware and office suite software.
  • Prior CRM experience would be an advantage.

  • Have the proven ability to prioritise tasks and make informed decisions
  • Must have the ability to forward plan and manage own time/workload
