UK Channel Manager.


Position Summary:
Kerio Technologies, Inc., leading innovator in messaging and Internet security solutions for the SMB market, is recruiting for the position of UK Channel Manager, to be based out of our office in Cambridge. The company has a growing network of active channel partners (IT solution providers) across the globe, headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, with offices in the Czech Republic, UK, Germany, Russia, Australia and New York. Our award-winning products, including Kerio Connect and Kerio Control, have been deployed by over 50,000 SMB organisations worldwide over the past 13 years. The UK Channel Manager has the responsibility to develop and grow the channel in the UK through which our products are sold. Experience working with Distributors and resellers throughout the UK channel is a must, as well as a thorough understanding of managing and recruiting channel partners. A small amount of direct contact with the end user will be involved in the role. You must have a demonstrable track record of over-achievement against target and be comfortable with negotiating with partners at all levels.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Developing annual sales target for the region
  • Building strong relationships with channel partners
  • Visit partners so that 30% or more of your time will be on the road
  • Plan annual budget and sales forecasts for the region
  • Liaise with Marketing Department to produce regular promotions
  • Managing partner recruitment and activation
  • Public speaking and presenting at Kerio events
  • Build a strong understanding of your channel and present the findings at regular business reviews


Essential Skills:
  • A solid understanding of information technologies
  • Solid experience of managing channel development
  • In depth ability to analyse and report on sales data and statistics
  • Previous experience of working with a CRM tool
  • Excellent organizational, communication and written skills
  • Ability to manage independent projects, multi-task and work with teams
  • Availability for occasional overseas travel

Technical Support Engineer.

Position Summary:

Kerio Technologies, Inc., leading innovator in messaging and Internet security solutions for the SMB market, is recruiting for the position of Technical Support Engineer, to be based out of our office in Cambridge. The company has a growing network of active channel partners (IT solution providers) across the globe, headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, with offices in the Czech Republic, UK, Germany, Russia, Australia and New York. Our award-winning products, including Kerio Connect and Kerio Control, have been deployed by over 50,000 SMB organisations worldwide over the past 13 years.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
The role involves providing both e-mail and telephone technical support for our customers in English speaking territories across the globe. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering first level support tickets in English from around the world, although the ability to speak French or Italian as a second language could be advantageous.

Accountable to the Technical Support Manager for Western Europe, your primary role will focus on the support of our external customers. However there will also be opportunities to help with the daily running of the internal IT environment within our Cambridge office.

  • Intermediate knowledge of PC, Linux or Mac operating systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking Protocols
