Our subscription program allows customers to extend the right to upgrades and technical support beyond the initial year of purchase. The subscription scheme is applicable to all our products.

• You always have the latest version of the product
• You have a product that reacts to current security threats
• New and useful features are released immediately after their development and testing is complete; no waiting for multiple features to justify an upgrade
• When purchasing the product you have a clear idea of the costs of running the product in the following years
• For the duration of the subscription term, free technical support is available (please check our support webpage for business hours; toll charges may apply for phone support).

• Initial product purchase includes a one-year subscription (twelve months) from date of regisration.
• Anytime during the first twelve months you can purchase subscription for 1, 2 or 3 more years.
• While your subscription is valid you can upgrade or update your product at any time free of charge (eg. from Kerio MailServer 5.1.3 to 5.2.0 or even 6.0 if it is released while your subscription lasts)
• If you do not subscribe you can use the current version of the product but you lose the free updates, upgrades and support.
• If you would like to upgrade to a new version of the product after your subscription has expired you will have to purchase the subscription you have missed.

The price of the subscription for will vary depending on the product. For the standard version of KMS, the price is about 30% of the current product price.
How is the subscription term calculated?

• The subscription term starts after the initial year, on the anniversary of the product registration at our website.
• Subscription can be purchased for 1 - 3 years; that is up to 4 years of upgrades and supports including the initial purchase.

Example:
You register the product at our website August 12, 2002. With this, you get your free subscription until August 12, 2003. If you wish to subscribe for future years you must do so before August 12, 2003. You can add subscription when intitially purchasing the product and thus be subscribed until August 12, 2006 (in case of purchasing the 3-year additional subscription).

After purchasing the subscription, you will be sent a sales number (similar to when purchasing the product itself). You must register this key at our website. During registration, input the sales numbers from your original product purchase, and then add the subscription numbers.
After the registration is complete download your new digital certificate (the licence.key file) and import it into the product.

If you increase the number of users within the first year of registration, you get free subscription for these additional users for the rest of the year.
