Most recently, Mr. Weinberg was an associate at the San Francisco office of an international law firm where he counseled clients on international human resources issues, global transactions, and privacy and data protection. Immediately prior to that experience, he was a member of the Silicon Valley office of another international law firm, where he focused on corporate issues for emerging technology companies. His previous experience also includes membership in one of the largest law firms in Asia, handling foreign investment, corporate and employment matters.

Mr. Weinberg holds a JD from The Catholic University of America, School of Law and earned a BA in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
